Coaching exists solely to walk alongside you and support you in what you do. My philosophy is “agenda-neutral,” meaning I don’t sit here thinking how your decisions affect me or what the impact will be on my budget or workload. I just listen and focus on you. I pay attention to where the Holy Spirit may be at work and how God may be uniquely leading you.

Leadership positions are isolated. Often there is no appropriate person available to you to discuss and shape your ideas, flesh out your action plans with tangible results, or just dream about the future vision and mission of your organization. That is where coaching comes in – it’s your lifeline, your sounding board, your listening friend, your reality check… all with no strings attached and no extra baggage.

Coaching dramatically improves effectiveness. In what other arena do you have someone fully devoted to listening to you and helping you shape your goals, plans, visions, and dreams?

• Someone who won’t be affected by your decision, and therefore truly unbiased.
• Someone whose sole purpose is to help you improve, and trusts that through a posture of listening and asking the right questions you yourself can discover the best answers
• Someone who can provide objective feedback and help you discover and shape what’s next

Coaching Packages

One-on-one coaching relationship

One-year coaching relationship with the option for renewal.

• Available for $300 per month for 12 sessions – discounted to $3000 if paid upfront
• Examples include, but are not limited to:
  • Network leader requiring ongoing coaching to successfully maneuver the responsibility and decisions and daily leadership
  • Local pastor desiring coaching for improving their leadership behaviors and implementing change
  • Church planter wanting guidance along the way in starting a new church from the ground up

Project-based:

For coaching on a short-term projects or goals.

• Available at $300 an hour
• Coaching offered in 3, 6 or 9 session packages depending on your specific needs
• Examples include, but are not limited to:
  • Focused coaching through a leadership transition or change
  • Focused coaching through an intensive job application process or career change
  • Coaching for leaders in an interim position
