Recently friend and pastor Dennis Easter shared three words with me that he has found helpful in life and ministry… words that set the stage for a way of living different than what most of us are experiencing on a day-to-day basis.
Pace, Space, and Grace
- Pace – slowing down for better living
- Space – understanding boundaries, learning to say no, and not taking on more than we can do
- Grace – recognizing that we are going to fail and we are going to make mistakes, so we can stop being legalistic with ourselves. That grace will then be able to extend to others.
Ponder these words this weekend.
