Five ways to get more done with less stress:

  1. Make a list and prioritize it.
  2. Put your priorities onto your calendar.
  3. Group similar activities together. (e.g. errands)
  4. Evaluate weekly (What worked? What didn’t work? What needs to change?)
  5. When the pressure comes—slow down!
