It’s so easy to focus on the negative… it’s where our minds naturally go with ministry and everything else. “What’s wrong? What can we change? What needs improvement?” Those are important questions, but also consider this important question: “What can we celebrate?”
Try opening your next small group or ministry team meeting with this question: “What can we celebrate?” You might be amazed by all God is doing, even in the midst of difficult outward circumstances.
