I’ve now launched two cycles of missional coach training, and I have to say it’s been an amazing experience. The training has all the benefits of traditional coach training, but because of the missional focus I’ve felt more connected to the participants. There’s just something about knowing you all share the same basic goals and commitments in how you’re using coaching and what you want it to accomplish. That singularity of purpose makes all the difference.
