It seems to me that the six Natural Church Development growth forces can be applied to church planting as well as to church health. Today we’ll tackle energy transformation.
One of the six NCD growth forces is known as energy transformation. That means that momentum or energy already flowing, whether positive or negative, can be redirected to accomplish God’s purposes. We can leverage both positive and negative energy to fulfill God’s purpose.
- How can the power and momentum of prayer be integrated into the DNA of the future church?
- Where do you see energy already flowing within your target group community? How might you be able to use or redirect that energy?
- How can you make the most of the energy created by a person of peace?
- How can challenges or obstacles immediately after conversion serve to channel energy toward discipleship?
