Christmas note from Bob

Dear friend,

As you know, I have spent decades developing resources and coaching church planters, pastors, and denominational leaders. This year, I stepped up to the pulpit again to act as transitional pastor for a church that is near and dear to my heart. Let me tell you, the job of a pastor was never easy and it is harder than ever.

Let me encourage you… while the Church in America has changed dramatically over the decades, the basics of our faith still meet core and deep needs in people. When we quiet the noise and focus on helping others listen the to Holy Spirit and come alongside them as they take their next best step to Jesus… miracles happen.

This Christmas, I pray that God would open your eyes to see how the Spirit is stirring in the people around you. I pray for fresh vision to bring simple truth to your communities. I pray that God would encourage you heart and soul as you continue on in faith and obedience. May the Lord bless you and keep you, may his face shine upon you and be gracious to you, may the Lord give you peace.

Blessings,

Bob
