Here’s an idea for how you can help the business leaders in your congregations make a huge kingdom investment. Often we just ask business people for their money. What if we asked them for jobs instead?
If successful business people could create 25-hour-a-week jobs on which people could support themselves… and then they intentionally hired missional leaders into those jobs… imagine how much could be accomplished. How many missional leaders would be released into the world to do ministry without having to worry about money or raising support? How much more valuable would these kinds of jobs be rather than simply asking business people to give some of their profits? What an amazing kingdom contribution.
