As you start missional communities, you’ll see leaders arising. Get them together! You’ll need to provide support of some kind; they won’t be able to run on autopilot. When you do get them together, here are 5 good questions you can ask:
What’s working
What’s not working
What are you learning?
What needs to change
What are the next steps?
That’s all you need to do to facilitate a gathering of leaders. No content, no teaching, just ask these questions and give them time to think and respond. In doing this, you’ll have created a learning community to provide space for leaders to reflect on what they’re doing, learn from each other, and become more effective. Then outside of your leader gatherings, provide coaching or peer coaching relationships to help leaders raise up others and multiply their ministries.
