Do you have a great big vision for something amazing that God could do?  Do you want to see people living incarnationally and practicing missional ministry in a way that makes a huge impact on the world around them?  Do you want to not just a group of these people, but an expanding, multiplying movement of them?

But then when you think about how to get there from here, does that picture sometimes get a little fuzzy or vague?  Are you not sure where to start or what steps will be important in bringing that vision about?  Kingdom-sized visions—especially those that are organic—can be among the hardest to implement.

For those who are willing to go the extra mile and do the hard work of implementation, this is for you.  Starting with your vision, I want to help you design a plan that will actually get you there.  Here’s what that process generally looks like:

A phone call The first step is admitting that you need help.  So pick up the phone and we’ll do a free initial 30 minute call.  I will want to hear about the specifics of your vision, as well as where you are right now, because everything following will be tailored to your specific vision and situation.

A consultation Next, if there is potential for working together, we can schedule a one-day consultation to design a pilot project.  Here’s where we create a game plan.

A coaching relationship In almost all cases after designing a game plan, we’d follow up with a coaching relationship—because the goal is to actually implement the plan, right?

As-needed resourcing Depending on what your plan involves, you may need other stuff:  written resources, coach training, leadership development materials, etc.  We’ll help you figure out how to connect with the right stuff for your vision.

As-needed expansion What if it works?  If your initial pilot project works, you’ll then need to figure out an expansion plan.  How can you keep what’s working well growing… and improve whatever needs improvement?  If your vision is truly big, you’ll be moving into second, third, sixth generations.  We can help you with that when the times comes.
