My vision and passion in life is to equip and empower people to step into their God-given purpose. I want to see grassroots movements of leaders raised up… people living out the kingdom of God by serving as the hands and feet of Jesus. I’m living that reality out as best I can and I want to help others live it out as well—in the unique ways God has gifted each of us.

To that end, I have committed my life to developing, training and supporting ministry leaders—both formally and informally. With over 30 years of varied ministry experience, including church planting, coaching, coach training, consulting, speaking and developing resources, I am able to partner with you no matter what twists and turns lie ahead on your path.

• Consulting — providing diagnostic services concluding in action planning and goal setting to contribute to your development
• Resource development — taking your vision and turning it into reality through contextualized resources
• Missional coach training — If you’re involved in missional, incarnational ministry, the next step for you may be learning how to coach others toward that type of ministry
